All beauty, goodness, and truth flow out of the infinite-personal Lord of all creation. "For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things" (Romans 11:36). This is why we symbolically put the tetragrammaton YHWH (Yahweh, the LORD) in the center of this spiral of twelve facets of truth. These twelve facets are by no means exhaustive, but they are helpful in envisioning the theoretical and practical implications of God’s truth.

The spiral begins with worldview (in the 1:00 position), since our worldviews shape our understanding of the fundamental issues of human existence: where we come from (origin), why are we here (purpose), and where are we going (destiny). The worldview of those who follow Christ springs from the reality of the eternal God and His revelation through the prophets, apostles, and most decisively, through Jesus Christ. Our theology is based on God’s existence and authoritative revelation. Apologetics is another of these twelve facets of truth, since it affirms the unequalled coherence, comprehensiveness, and consistency of the biblical worldview. Our philosophy of life should flow out of our theology, and all the other dimensions of truth (history, natural science, mathematics, social science, art, music, literature, and film) should be integrated into a Christian philosophy of life.
